FRESCHASE FRESH PACKAGING

Share

Every month or two now it seems there is a new way to enjoy wine. I missed this one back in Nov., but wanted to highlight it now. Below are some videos of the new Freshcase wine packaging from Hardy's. Basically it is a 2.25L bag-in-box, but instead of a box it is cardboard (I think) sleeve around a foil bag supported at both ends by a plastic tray (which also secures the tap). One interesting note, the white is made for laying down in the fridge, the red for standing on the counter. And they say that it reduces wine packaging waste by 70%.
